Holiday Greeting Video
I think my partner and I did a very good job on the transitions between each other's scenes. I think it made the video a lot smoother and relaxing. I also like the fact that we pretended to be part of the cultures that we talked about. Also, I think at the end of the video when the bells come in is perfect because it made it seem more realistic.
Wha I would have liked to do that I saw in other videos is to to add music that relates to the cultures that we talked about but unfortunately we did not have time for that. Also, a better tittle would've been a good idea so that it catches the viewer's attention better. I also liked how some people acted the dances or rituals of their cultures and when they compared their holidays to different ones because it added more information and it gives you a better idea of what the holiday is.

5 things learned from other videos
5: Some scenes look very good when the person talking/ being recorded walks and the camera moves along to the person.(Bree's video)
4: Music can make a big difference in the video. A sad song makes the video sound more serious and it brings more drama to it. Upbeat songs make the video go with faster pace and maybe a little more entertaining to watch and usually has comic relief to it. (Eddy's video)
3: Camera angles make a bid difference. Sometimes it makes the scene look bad and sometimes make it look very cool.
2: Lighting is important. Sometimes, when standing in front of a window can make it difficult for a person's face to be seen if it has poor lighting and the sun is entering through the window.(Bree's video)
1: Good teamwork makes a great video!

Greenscreen workshop (with reflection).
Reflection: One of the important considerations when filming with a green screen is that the screen is not wrinkled and that the person being taped does not wear green or the same color as the screen. Some of the problems with trying to eliminate a green screen background is that the actor's clothes or body can be mistaken to be part of the green screen and they could be part of the background you put on it. I think that using Adobe After Effects is easier to edit a green screen background than with Premiere Pro because it was a lot easier to get rid of the green without having to take as much time with it. Also, it was more accurate on getting the green part out and it did not put the background on the actor's body nearly as much as Premiere Pro did.
